In a world full of management manuals and leadership buzzwords, real, human-centered leadership is still surprisingly hard to find. That’s exactly why Meghan Potter stands out.
With a background in hospitality, a growing coaching practice, and a house full of teens and toddlers, Meghan understands what it means to lead under pressure and still show up with kindness, clarity, and calm.
What started as a casual Instagram follow quickly evolved into a conversation I knew we needed to hear. As part of our Women Optimizing Women (WOW) initiative in the Ripple community, I initially planned to feature Meghan in The Pond, but after diving deeper into her content, I realized a full episode of The Ripple Effect Podcast was the only way to do her story justice.
One of the standout moments was when Meghan talked about a pillow in her office that reads:
“Calm is a Superpower.”
It’s a reminder she lives by and teaches. She doesn’t just help her clients do leadership. She helps them become leaders, starting from where they are, using who they are.
Her Ripple is already wide-reaching, and I know it will only grow more after this conversation. This was Meghan’s first podcast interview, but you’d never guess it. She was a total pro, and I can’t wait to have her back!
